Audrey Ann Hoglund Obituary

Audrey Ann Hoglund, 73, of Monticello, MN passed away on April 15, 2021 after a recent diagnosis of cancer.
Audrey was born on May 22, 1947 in Monticello, MN to Arleen Ann (Dahlheimer) and Stuart Gordon Hoglund. She was the first child of seven, she grew up and graduated from High School in Monticello. She started her business career doing bookkeeping at an early age for the family school bus business. Upon graduation, Audrey moved to Minneapolis and attended Business College. She then worked in the accounting field as Controller for a Minneapolis corporation. Audrey returned to Monticello and raised her 2 children in Monticello while continuing her work in accounting along with several entrepreneurial business ventures.
Audrey was certainly loved for her outgoing, fun loving, sparkly and colorful personality. She had a strong Faith and knew her Father in Heaven on a personal level. She took pride in being the Beloved Daughter of Christ the King. Audrey was a friend to many ministries and had a heart for recovery. She served Jesus by volunteering in jail and prison ministry along with participating in Celebrate Recovery in Monticello where she developed many special friendships with her friends there.
Audrey is survived by her children, grandchildren, siblings, Wayne, Gordon, Iris, Zona and Jill, many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Arleen and Stuart Hoglund, husband John Klammer, and brother Mark Hoglund.
