He was predeceased by : his parents, William Woolstencroft and Cyllene Woolstencroft (Butler); his siblings, William Woolstencroft and Ruth Carlson; his siblings-in-law, Dcn Gregory Elsenpeter and Mary Woolstencroft; and his nephew Joseph Elsenpeter.
He is survived by : his wife Helen Jeanette Elsenpeter of Monticello; and his siblings-in-law, Aloysius "Al", Patricia Elsenpeter, Harold Elsenpeter and Krista Elsenpeter Tarbox. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
