He was predeceased by: his parents, Hjalmer Halvorson and Leona Halvorson; his siblings, Bob, Mark and Phyllis Schoenrock; his daughter Kristen Ferrian; his daughter-in-law Anne; and his grandson Jacob.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Stock; his sons, Steven (Julie), Jeffrey and Scott (DeAnn); and his son-in-law Scott Ferrian. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
