It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kimberly Louise Flavin of Monticello, Minnesota, who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald "Jerry" Flavin and Patricia Flavin; and her siblings, Gail, Mike and Terrance Schnabel (Judy).
She is survived by: her siblings, Lynn, Patrick, Dawn Bartch and Jay; her children, Brandon (Miranda), Sabrina Gutierrez (Art), Tom Rand and Patty Deichert (Tommy); her grandchildren, Brandon, Jade, Gavin, Monique Zegarra, Arthur, Allure Padilla and Austin Rand; and her great grandchildren, Navina and Ilahn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint Henry (1001 E 7th St, Monticello, MN 55362). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
