He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Pelcl and Dona Pelcl; and his brother Stanley. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Pelcl (Anastasia) and Michelle Johnson; and his siblings, Gary Pelcl and Donna Conway. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
