He is survived by: his children, Nicole Johnson, Melody Simonson, Nicholas Simonson and Paige Simonson; his grandchildren, Beau and Kendall Anderson; and his sisters, Melissa Troxel and Tonya Simonson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
