Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charlene leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sam Skaff and Florene Skaff. She was also cherished by cousin and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (210 7th St S, Moorhead, MN 56560). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (2901 Oakport St N, Moorhead, MN 56560).
