He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Ammerman and Lavonne Ammerman (Erickson); his nieces, Dionne Ammerman and Leslie Rogalla (Ammerman); and his in-laws, Dennis Haugen and Joan Haugen (Taie).
He is survived by: his wife Kristi Ammerman (Haugen); his sons, Jonathan Ammerman (Denetre) and Benjamin Ammerman (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Halen, Crue, Henley and Palmer; his siblings, Rocky Ammerman (Barb), Bev Thompson (Dave), Doug Ammerman (Holly) and Rhonda Biermaier (George); and his in-laws, Keith Haugen (Deb), Danyce Roppe (Lee), Daidre Erickson (Gaylan), Kim Czeh (Steve) and Donn Haugen (Jodee). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and many friends.
