She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Hazel Westfall, Marella Paulson, Earl Westfall, Al Paulson and Michael VanSlyke.
She is survived by: her parent Deb Ballard; her siblings, John Ballard, Joey Ballard (Chelsey), Josh Ballard, Jeremy Brill, Michael Van Slyke, Jennifer Korinta, Jenny Hoffman and Sherry VanSlyke; her aunt Nancy Larsen; and her uncle Alton Paulson (Marlene VanSlyke). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Pennington County Humane Society.
