He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Blomquist and Edna Blomquist (Rice); and his brother Monte. He is survived by: his wife Angela Salwei; his daughter Melanie (Dirk); his granddaughters, Ava and Abigail; and his grandpup Blaze.
