He is survived by: his wife Avis Holman; his daughters, Carolyn Holtgrewe (Michael) and Nancy Moore (Wade); his grandchildren, Christopher, Zachary, Jacob Holtgrewe (Morgan Raverty), McKenna (Daylon Melby) and Jaycee Moore; his great grandchildren, Remi Moore, Kinley and Charlotte Holtgrewe; his nephew Jeff Ohman; and his nieces, Candace Romanini and Diane Hughes.
