David V. Hyland Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of David V. Hyland (Moorhead, Minnesota). David, born on April 22, 1943, passed away on August 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Hyland and Vinje; and his sister Doris. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughters, Heidi Mann (Greg), Shannon Hyland and Lael Hyland of Fargo, N. D.; his grandchildren, Logan and Gabriel Mann; his daughters, Julia, Genevieve Tassava, Adrien, Shenoa and Brea Hyland; and his siblings, Solveig Carlson (George), Paul (Clarice), Mark and John. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; many nephews, nieces and cousins; and countless dear friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the North Buffalo Lutheran Church (2542 120th Ave N, Moorhead, MN 56560). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
