He is survived by : his former life partner Linda Kalland; his son Jason (Cynthia); his stepdaughters, Krista and Katelyn; his wife Barbara Vierzba (Melting); his brothers, Andrew and Brenton; his in-laws, John Melting, Judy Monson (Glenn), Ruby Melting and Rita Wildt; his nephews, Tim Isaacson (Nancy) and Philip Isaacson (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Iver, Owen, Esme Isaacson, Ella and Ziya Loke.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Wright Funeral Home and Cremation Service-Moorhead (605 2nd Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560). A prayer was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (605 2nd Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560).
