She was predeceased by: her parents, Konow Knutson and Evelyn Knutson (Hanson); her former husband Brent Orjansen; and her son Carey (Rollie Martinson). She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Arends; her daughter-in-law Anne Renee Orjansen (late Carey Orjansen); her son Marc Orjansen (Sara); her stepsons, David Arends (Shari), Matthew Arends (Cory) and Benjamin Arends (Shantel); and her grandchildren, Maxwell, Sydney, Johan (Rachel), Zachary (Megan), Jakob, Jackson, Annika, Tyler, Hope, Kelse, Caleb, Ida, Jack and Bjorn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Korsmo Funeral Service (409 8th St S, Moorhead, MN 56561). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to HIA Hospice.
