He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Kim Swanson (Curt) of Rogers, MN and Scott Bjelde (Sarah) of Eden Prairie, MN; and his grandchildren, Jason Swanson, Melissa Swanson, Christian Swanson, Betsy Ostertag (Aaron) and Katie Bjelde.
Memorials are preferred to Concordia College or The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
