He is survived by: his wife Karen Kukowski; his children, Jeremy Clark (Dana) of Moorhead, MN, Krystle Tollefson (Cliff) of New Town, ND and Jacob Clark (Breonna) of Blaine, MN; his grandchildren, Alexander, Andrew Clark, Tenley, Hayden and Griffin Tollefson; his brothers, Donald Clark (Kathy) of Fargo, ND, Carl Clark (Lynn) of Woodbury, MN and Al Clark of San Antonio, TX; his mother-in-law Marjorie Kukowski; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Richards (Larry) of Georgetown, MN, Debbie O'Shea of Tucson, AZ, Steve Kukowski (Jaye) of Willston, ND, Dan Kukowski of Pelican Rapids, MN, Paul Kukowski (Deborah) of Georgetown, MN and Dean Slininger of Ada, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
