He is survived by: his children, Terry Braun (Sue), Sandra Markel (Curt), Sheryl Hauf (Jason) and Shelly Kadoun (Jay); his grandchildren, Britney (Matt), Taylor (Josh), Morgan (Grayson), Josh (Ryan), Lindsey (Colton), Connor (Taylor), Abby (Brandon), Jimmy, Jake, Hayden, Hailee and Kendra; his great grandchildren, Zander, Eden, Griffin and Sundae; his brother Jack Braun (Carolyn); and his close friend Marlene Lehman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home (303 5th St N, Breckenridge, MN 56520). A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (221 4th St N, Breckenridge, MN 56520).
