He was predeceased by: his mother Ina Hilde (Jeglum); his wife Betty; his parent Rev. Selmer Hilde; his brothers, Paul Hilde and Roger Hilde; his parents-in-law, Leroy and Bonita Peterson; his brother Cliff; and his sister-in-law Betty Peterson.
He is survived by: his daughter Alisa Hilde Fargo (Trevor); his sisters, Catherine Anderson (Neal) of Ham Lake, MN and Sharon Dibbern of Washington, DC; and his sister-in-law Dawn Hilde of Cumberland, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
