He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Anna Vinje, Edwin and Adeline Moothart; and his pet Stella.

He is survived by: his parents, Mark Moothart and Margaret Rusch (King); his daughter Kylie; his wife Kelly Wisk; his brothers, Chris Moothart (Angie) and Casey Erdmann (Sara Daede); his uncles, Mark Vinje, Mike and Pete; and his aunt Joan Wallace. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
