It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith E. Strand of Moorhead, Minnesota, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Hartvick "Shocky" Strand; and his brother Kent. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Strand (Woessner); his sister Susan Strand Kirkland; his nieces, Anna and Alice; his nephew Tom; his brother George Strand (Gina); his nephews, Jason and Andrew; his sisters, Sandra Strand and Sarah Strand (R. Scott); his nephews, Matthew (Sarah Connolly) and Brian; his great-nephew Michael; and his great-nieces, Mairead and Rose.
