He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Dahlstrom and Verna Dahlstrom (Livdahl); and his former wife Greck Dahlstrom (CA Greckhoff). He is survived by: his wife A. J. Dahlstrom; his children, Amber Ferrie (Joel) of Moorhead and Mac Valan (Carrie) of Fraser, Colorado; his grandchildren, Hudson, Bode, Tatum Ferrie, Kayden and Cash Valan; his sister Emmy Lou Amble (Tim); his sibling's children, Chad Tonsfeldt (Tracy) and Tanya Tonsfeldt; and his great-nieces, Sydney Tonsfeldt and Summer Tonsfeldt.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home - Moorhead (605 2nd Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Comstock Lutheran Church (2044 Main St, Comstock, MN 56525).
