She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Mortenson and Elvina Mortenson (Bjerkebeck); and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her husband David Anderson of Moorhead, MN; her children, Christopher Anderson (Christine) of Hastings, MN and Lisa Karlstad of Fargo, ND; her grandchildren, Sean Anderson, Emily Jo Karlstad, Scott David Karlstad, Christpher Anderson, Jr. and Riley Anderson; her siblings, Violet Davis (Mitch) of Shevlin, MN, Norman "Sonny" Mortenson, Jr. (Norma) of Sparta, WI, Steve Mortenson (Karen) of Faribault, MN, Jeff Mortenson of San Antonio, TX, Jerry Mortenson of Fergus Falls, MN and Dean Mortenson of Horicon, Wisconsin; Linda. She is also survived by grandchildren; her great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Korsmo Funeral & Cremation Service (409 8th St S, Moorhead, MN 56561). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
