It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maliyah Laura Provancial (Moorhead, Minnesota), born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on March 29, 2019, at the age of 16, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Marcus Delvin Provancial; her sister Shaylauna Roach; her grandmother Laura Iron Shell; and her great-grandparents, Helen L. Eagle, Nathan Wilson, Mary Begay and Chief Iron Shell.
She is survived by: her mother Misty F. Begay; her foster parents, Paul Begay and Mary Red Owl; her stepfather Troy Barse; her siblings, Shane O. Roach Jr. and Teyana D. Provancial; her stepsisters, Landis Barse, Larissa Barse, Laney Barse and Lexie Barse; and her grandparents, Delores M. Larson, Sam K. Begay, Emmet G. Redday, Brenda J. Redday, Betty J. Redday, Bonita J. Redday, Maria B. Redday, Brenda Solberg and Mary Red Owl. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
