She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Pickett (Bob), Renae Formo (Jeff), Brenda Schmitt (Dan Docken) and Lisa Wang; her grandchildren, Jason Wang (Tanya), Tabor Formo (Marissa) and Tori Formo (Zach Schroeder); her great grandchild Graham Formo; and her siblings, Denis Leach, Larroll Leach, Darwin Leach, Curt Leach, Diane Pickett, Ardelle Brandt, Doreen Wang and Bonnie Leach.
