He is survived by: his father Thomas Lowell; his wife Sheri Nosal of Barnesville, MN; his children, Tanya Miller (Jonathan) and Travis Nosal of Barnesville; his granddaughter Emma Miller; and his siblings, Scott Nosal (Shelly) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Susan Carillo (Mark) of Rothsay, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
