He was predeceased by: his parents, Ordean Matson and Delores Matson (Bullock). He is survived by: his spouse Robin Messerschmidt; his children, Kristin Gomez (Mike) and Cory Matson (Sadie); his grandchildren, Kayla (Nick), Kole, Aidan and Mac; his great grandchildren, Taylor and Taelynn; and his sister Terry Sloan (Marlo).
