He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Hanson and Inez Ohm Hanson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Patricia Vetter (Chris); his granddaughter Evelyn; and his sisters, Carla Nolan and Diane Binstock (Ervin).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County.
