He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Nylander and Veronica Nylander (Dahlberg); his sisters, LaVonne Langord, Lynette Mulcahy and Lori Thompson; his brother-in-law Charles Robert Porter; and his father-in-law Dr. James Coffey.
He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Sara Backman (Kody), Katie Nylander and Kyle Nylander (Ashley); his grandchildren, Samantha Block (Maddison), Kaci Backman, Carina Nylander, Camilla Nylander, Alexa Nylander, Baylee Nylander and Deklan Nylander; his sister LuAnn Porter; his aunt Bonnie Simonson; and his mother-in-law Joy Coffey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
