He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Delano Soderberg and Eloise Soderberg (Hettervig); his brother Dean; his brother-in-law Bruce Sheltrown; and his father-in-law Jerome Mayer.
He is survived by: his cousin Clyde Soderberg; his wife Katie J. Mayer of Moorhead, MN; his children, Tony Soderberg (Katie Fay Albrecht) of Glyndon, MN and Beth Soderberg of Moorhead, MN.; his grandchildren, Logan, Cooper, Tyson, Eloise and Audrey; his brothers, Neal (Cheryl) of San Diego, CA and Blaine Soderberg (Jessie) of Grand Forks, ND; his mother-in-law Pat Mayer of Fargo, ND; and his sisters-in-law, Paula Sheltrown of Monterey, CA, Pam Lee (Rod) of Blaine, MN, Patty Jensen (Ken) of Powers Lake, ND and Sheila Derr (Dave) of Sturgis, SD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
