He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Marcus and Phyllis Mae Perez (Anderson); and his brothers, Jeffery and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Davis; his children, Christopher Perez (Kristi) of Moorhead and Missy Forde (Ryan) of Moorhead; his grandchildren, Alex, Alyssa, Elizabeth, Mya, Hadley and Piper; his great grandchild Joshua; and his siblings, Sharlene Wolf (Jim) and Rick Perez (Trish). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
