He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hervey and Patience Hervey (Peterson); and his siblings, Jacqueline Upp, Lynette Schneeweis and Steven Hervey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Pamella Parr of Bismarck, ND and David Hervey of Warroad, MN; and his siblings' children, Michael, Angela Parr, Jamie, Matthew Schneeweis, Steven, Casey and Jakki Hervey. He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews, and special friend and caregiver.
