He was predeceased by : his parents, Caroline Burk (Kennedy) and Walter O. Burk; his brothers, David and Richard; and his grandson Joshua Vink.

He is survived by : his children, Dru Burk (Audrey) of Ismay, MT, Lusaka, Dee Lia Baldwin (Kerry) of Hope, ND and Deirdre Burk; his grandchildren, Sheana Rose, Aubry Bailey (James), Spencer Burk (Katie), Ariana Eaton, Allison Graham, James Baldwin (Susan), Carissa Morman (Josh), Daniel Baldwin and John Baldwin (Laura); and his brother Daniel Burk of Tulsa, OK.. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.

A burial was held on Monday, February 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Saron Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024.
