She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Cook, and Cecil Cook, Sr.; her husband Maury Coughlin; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Glander and Ruth Engen (Larry).
She is survived by: her siblings, Cecil, Jr. Cook (Betty), Dick Cook (Edith) and Carol Barker (John Kraker); her children, Candyce Sandberg (Ralph), Cory Coughlin (Teresa) and Casey Coughlin (Jillian); her grandchildren, Robby Sandberg (Kristin), Cody Coughlin, Addison Coughlin, Zoe Coughlin, Caden Coughlin and Olivia Coughlin; her great grandchild Austin Sandberg; and her siblings-in-law, Rodney Coughlin (Jane), Duane Glander and Carolyn Eilertson (Bob). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Betty was involved in Holy Angels Catholic Church, Moose Lake Historical Society, Mercy Hospital Auxiliary, Mercy Foundation, Moose Lake American Legion Auxiliary, and many other community groups and programs.
