He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McClanahan and Beverly Belle McClanahan (Jenkins); his siblings, Sandra McClanahan, Sandy Shackle and Michael Richard McClanahan; his uncle Harry Jenkins; his aunt Janice Jenkins; and his nephews, Casey and Shawn O'Keefe.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn McClanahan; his children, Kristine Erwin (Jeff), Jennifer Dahl (Matt), Joey Hunt (Jurney), Andrea Dahl (Zack) and Eva McClanahan; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Rudloff, Jaxon, Austin and Adam Dahl; and his siblings, Heidi Gustavson, Linda O'Keefe and Larry Coursolle (Shelly). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, as well as many cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the West Side Church (4496 Walczak Rd, Kettle River, MN 55757).
