It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard T. Nelson of Moose Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thure Nelson and Arbie Nelson; his siblings, Shirley, Harold, Joyce and Barbara; and his daughter-in-law Gayle Nelson (Mark).
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Woullett; his children, Mark, David (Bette Jayne), Tim (Jane), Lynet and Rick (Pam); and his sister Marie Thompson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard's name may be made to the Barnum Volunteer Fire Department or the Barnum Community United Methodist Church.
