He was predeceased by: his wife Jody Sack. He is survived by: his daughters, Erica Rubin (Justin) and Rachel Birkholm; his grandson Max Rubin; and his brothers, Dennis Birkholm (Carol) and Brian Birkholm (Deb). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
