She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Cummings; and her father Vernon Crabtree. She is survived by: her mother Madge Crabtree; her brother David Crabtree; her children, Jerome Cummings, Mike Cummings and Sara Mattkins (Aaron); her grandchildren, Justin, Tyler Cummings, Kylie Peterson (Mitch) and Chase Lee; and her great grandchildren, Rhett and Knox Peterson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
