He is survived by: his wife Renee Holmes; his daughters, Jaime Turner (Mark) and Tracy Peterson (Aaron); his siblings, John Holt (Gail), Barb Heebink (Joel), Jim Holt (Teri) and Diane Warmbold (Todd); and his brothers-in-law, Robert Holmes (Maureen) and Mark Holmes (Tina). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
