Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Robert departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Robert. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Gilbert and Harold Gilbert; his sister Lois Larsen (Gilbert); and his brother-in-law Whitey Larsen. He is survived by: his wife Sue; and his daughters, Michelle (Dan), Melissa (Keith) and Mollie. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and all other family members, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (414 S Wood St, Mora, MN 55051). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
