He is survived by : his wife Donna Duscher; his children, Troy Reding (Jeannice) of Orono, Michele Quast (Charlie) of Redwood Falls, Chad Reding of Redwood Falls, Corey Reding (Stacey) of Morgan, Ryan (Carrie Kolsrud) of Bloomington and Shane Reding (Kathy) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Eliah, Elizabeth, Samuel, Victoria, Marshal, Spencer, Easton, Avery, Taylor, Alix, Riley, Caleb, McKenna, Jacob, Ella, Maggie and Norah; his siblings, Alice Otto and Larry Reding (Monna); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Reding, Phyllis Hennen (Marlin), Shirley Redmann, Warren Duscher (Jean), Steve Duscher (Jacki) and Tom Duscher (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“When a man makes an impact on your life you will never forget him. Very sad to hear of don's passing. I think when i was 10 i had a crush on don. He was always so happy, he lit up a room. No one can forget his smile and laugh, i never will. I will never forget when he came to our house in mankato.. We grilled and ate outside. I was running around helping set up. Don told me i would make a good wife someday. My thoughts are with the family. Cari olson (vern)”
