He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Cook and Laurine Cook (Fynboh); and his siblings, Laurie Kaehler and Thomas Cook. He is survived by : his daughters, Jennifer Cook of Morris and Angela Cook of Hancock; his granddaughter Carlysia Cook of Hancock; his former life partner Diane 'DeeDee Wells; his sister Linda Cook of Morris; and his cousins, Pat Storck (Steve) and Larry Fynboh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
