He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Juergensen; and his sister Amy Jo Juergensen. He is survived by: his mother Laraine Juergensen (Blomgren); his sister Laurie Juergensen; his uncle Lynn Blomgren; and his aunt Mary Lee Blomgren. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
