He was predeceased by : his parents, Eli and Alma; his brother Mike; and his sister-in-law Chrysta Wente. He is survived by : his wife Bernie of Morris; his children, Dawn Hendrickson (Mark) of Chaska, Paul Wente (Jill) of Plymouth and Kristin Bilden of Chanhassen; his grandchildren, Morgan, Seth, Kayla, Josh (Katherine), Taylor, Parker, Jenna and Jackson; his brothers, Vic (Lois) and Tom Wente; and his siblings-in-law, Agnes Miller, Rita Johnson, Connie Ascheman, Mary Wente, Virgil Mesenbrink and Ronnie Ascheman (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
