He is survived by: his wife Dulce Belem Gutierrez Hernandez; his children, Santiago Daniel Aviles Gutierrez of Morris, Minnesota and Anne Nicole Aviles Gutierrez of Morris, Minnesota; his parents, Juan Raul Aviles Zaniga and Susana Rios Caballero of Mexico; his brothers, Raul Aviles of Mexico and Carlo Aviles of Mexico; his parents-in-law, Jaime Gutierrez and Gloria Hernandez of Mexico; and his brothers-in-law, Israel Gutierrez of Mexico and Ricardo Gutierrez of Mexico.
