He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Pendleton and Thomas Leith Sr.; his sister Mary Jo Rainey; his grandfather Wallace Pendleton Sr.; his aunts and uncles, Wallace Jr. Pendleton, Alan Pendleton Sr., Ann Larsen and Brenda Pendleton; his niece Maria Diaz; and his cousins, Christopher Sanders and Jesse Sanders.
He is survived by: his children, Quincy Pendleton (Samantha) and Tawnee Pendleton; his grandchildren, Ava Pendleton, Aiyana Vargas, Harmony Pendleton, Paris Pendleton, Letty Huiras and Holdyn Huiras; the mother of his children Kimberlee Bluhm; his aunt Joyce Pendleton; his uncle Benji Pendleton; his siblings, Michelle Pendleton, Roberta Pendleton, Myron Rainey, Janet OldRock, Lucy Swigart, Mathew Rainey, Chuck Leith, Thomas Leith, Marcus Leith and Ariella Leith; and his godchild Tate OldRock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
