He is survived by: his sons, Jason and Nathan (Pam); his former wife Pam; his siblings, Keith Garvais (Pam) and Mickey Burkstrand (Mike); his brother-in-law Jeff Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Brad Lamberger (Mandy), Kimberly Carroll (Sean), Stephanie Huesmann (Jason), Chad Gilbert (Sarah), Scott Gilbert, Angela Quick, Samantha O'dell (Michael) and Michael Wesley (Chelsea); and his extended family, Linda Lamberger, Mary, Gary Gilbert, Cathy Quick, Tony, Linda Wesley, Ruth, Pete Hullet, Debbie Tharlson, Jim Casey, Judy Poth, Mark Koenen, Jules and Christopher Miller. He is also survived by 18 Grand Nieces and Nephews.
