He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Oltmans and Pearl Oltmans; his siblings, Rodney, Katie and Karen; and his son-in-law Dan Heide.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Audra Hagert (Gary) and Michele Brauch (Mark); his grandchildren, Jacque Heide, Dylan Heide, Tanner Heide (Annie), Angel Hagert and Skylar Hagert; his great grandchildren, Kymea, Alonte, Brooklynn, Vanessa, Noel, Rowan and Dominic; and his sisters, Bonnie, Chris and Mary.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in Dick's memory.
