He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Tholkes and Ruth Tholkes; his wife Lesley Poore; and his sister Carol Boyles. He is survived by: his siblings, John (Barb), Tom, David and Louise. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
