He was predeceased by: his father Lee Cook. He is survived by: his mother Adele Cook; his sisters, Kim Sachi (Mike), Kandy Schroer (Phil) and Dee Cook; his siblings' children, Steven Schroer, Leah Schroer and Rachel Quaday; and his great-niece Joelene'JoJo'. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
