He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Maki and Hazel Maki (Terrio); and his sisters, Judi Maki and Vickie Lundgren. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Maki (Holznagel) of Mountain Iron, MN; his daughters, Mickey Mankus (Mike) of Iron, MN and Donna Smith of Virginia, MN; the mother of his children Joanie Meglich of Mountain Iron, MN; his sister Sharon Turnquist (Jack) of Cambridge, MN; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Holznagel (Marge) of Nevada, MO and Lynn Holznagel (Kathy) of Cloquet, MN. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
